Let's Brainstorm
The initial brainstorm session will uncover the pain points that your team faces day in and day out. Listening to everyone’s viewpoint will give us a good understanding of the challenges the organization faces in a particular area, allowing us to ask key questions that help us start to define a development plan.

Implementation
Implementation is where all the fun begins and the rubber meets the road in terms of evaluating how well the process as a whole actually works. Team members are introduced to the new processes and the tools that can be utilized to perform the tasks required.
During the implementation phase of the project, the organization will be walked through the entire process step by step and receive training on all systems that will be utilized to achieve the end result. Everyone will walk away with a good sense of their role and responsibility in the process and what they need to do going forward to maintain the process.
